Scan tools,  for 1996+ (USA) 2001 EU, and 2006 and newer Asian cars)
There are no Over the Counter  (below $2000) Scan tools for Suzuki's older that 1996.
This is because Suzuki did not release there protocols to the after market tool suppliers.  Not even SNAP ON(tm).

The OBD2 scanner , my favorite.

WARNING:
Before working on any car (95 or newer mostly) you must learn how to defeat those dangerous AIR BAGS:
No long sleeve shirts or Business ties on your neck ! Please !

100% Voluntary   THANK YOU !

Purpose:
This web page is organized by Problem and how to test sensors, actuators  or how to do common service procedures.
In no way, is this page a substitute for the FSM , the Factory Service Manual, these manuals are made by Suzuki or GM
Autostore manuals are great for basics and safety issues, but most  of these BOOKS,  mix the car procedures up, in a toxic soup, in my opinion.

I like to help with Dead cars, and any EFI or Electrical problems.   EFI , Electronic Fuel Injection.
This web page targets most things the keep you from driving the vehicle  , a F.O.R.D?, found on road dead?
If in a panic for help , please do PM mail me in the forum , under Kick-fix.
My favorite car repair page , generic: AA1car.com.

Revision 32 : removed all jokes and OBD1 hacking, left latter to the HACKING Deities.

Goals: The purpose, is to keep as many Sidekicks on the road as possible and the availability of parts.
